Good, Bad or Cartoon

 In category, Leadership

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord,   1 Corinthians 15:58 (KJV)

Good, Bad or Cartoon! That’s the answer. The question? “How’s your character?”

1. Character is who you are when nobody’s looking. Only you know if your words, thoughts and intentions line up in the same direction.

2. Character is also who you are when everybody’s looking. What do others know about you based on your personal track record?

Good character is obvious. You’re basically truthful and treat people well. Bad character is not hard to spot, either. You’re basically untruthful, self-centered and don’t much care how it affects others. People with “cartoon character” have yet to make up their minds about what kind of person they are.  How they behave depends on who’s around to fill the little bubble above their heads. When they’re around good folks, they’re good and when they’re around bad folks…you get the point.

So how’s your character? Good, Bad or Cartoon? Just something to think about.

Success and Progress!
