Happy March 4th!

March 4th is my favorite calendar day of the year!  Just saying the date inspires me to make courageous moves and engage the future. I have named March 4th “The International Day of The Apostles”. Apostles move us forward. They establish the Kingdom in the hearts of people through revelation, activation and power.

Let’s make it a thing! Celebrate March 4th with me!!!

Is there something you KNOW you should do but you’ve been putting off for whatever reason? I don’t care if it is going back to school, losing that last or first 10 lbs, finally writing that book or just cleaning your oven.  March 4th is the perfect day to take a courageous step fourward.  (Get it? 4-ward? I love puns!)

If you’re a chronic procrastinator, I recommend Mel Robbins’ The Five-Second Rule.  Check it out at www.melrobbins.com.  Here’s a synopsis below:

“The moment your instincts fire up (or you know you know you should do something) but you feel yourself hesitate, that’s when you use the Rule. You have five seconds. Start counting backward to yourself, 5-4-3-2-1, then move. If you don’t move within five seconds, your brain will kill the idea and you’ll talk yourself out of doing it.“

I use the Five Second Rule all the time to get me started on things I would otherwise wait and wait and wait to do.  Every time, I discover the dread was ten times worse than the thing I was putting off.

Here’s something I’ve been putting off.  A couple of years ago, I became a certified coach to better lead my mentoring groups.  I’m working on taking that program online. Until then, my social media inboxes are filling up and the clock is ticking.  So, check this out. You can now schedule one on one coaching with me right from my website!

But wait, there’s more!  To further celebrate March 4th, book 4 sessions and the 5th one will be on me.  Don’t put it off. I’ll give you 5 seconds to click the link.
