Pass it on
Repeat them to your children. Talk about them when you’re at home or away, when you lie down or get up. Deuteronomy 6:7 (GW)
Do you remember playing that whispering game when you were a child? We’d stand in a circle and someone would whisper, “The teacher has smelly socks.” By the time it got around to me it sounded more like “the ship hit jagged rocks.”
Even though passing information may be difficult, it ‘s important, especially when it comes to Kingdom principles. As believers, we are to teach our children diligently. That means meticulously, thoroughly, carefully transmitting and depositing everything we know about God and His Kingdom to them.
Don’t be frustrated when you have to say things more than once. After all, we know how difficult it can be to get things perfectly right the first time. And you can expect to receive a harvest. The Bible teaches that “the liberal person shall be enriched, and he who waters shall himself be watered.” Proverbs 11:25 (AMP)
Salvation, righteousness, healing…start talking, because you’ve got something worth passing on!
